Cancellations must be made in writing to Activa Congresos.
The corresponding refunds will be made after the Congress celebration.
Applicable conditions are:
For cancellations received by 18 September, any money
you have paid will be refunded, less 55 € administration
charge. Thereafter no refunds can be made for cancellations
or failure to attend. Substitutions may be made at any
time.
Cancellations for BMAS members
